I require a card on file with authorization to charge any potential outstanding payments, unpaid balances or cancelation/ no show fees. Your card will not be charged unless you have any unpaid balances, no show or give less than 48’ hours notice for cancellations & re-scheduling.

48 hours’ notice must be given if you decide to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. Cancellations /rescheduling within 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment to the card on file. For example if you booked a Glass Skin Facial your card will be charged $80. Recurring last minute cancellations will result in no longer accepting you as a client.

Please note I also hold myself to these policies. In the rare event that I cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I will give you a discount.

I do not charge late fees. If you are late you do not get additional time i.e if you are 5 minutes late you lose 5 minutes of your appointment, which may affect the results of your appointment. If you are over 30 minutes late your appointment is subject to cancelation. Recurring tardiness will result in no longer accepting you as a client.

Please note I also hold myself to these policies. In the rare event that I am running late I will give you the extra time or offer you a discount for the inconvenience.

No shows will result in paying 90% of the service. For example If you book a regular fill your card will be charges $85.50.

Recurring no shows will result in no longer accepting you as a client.

If you purchase a package or membership and do a no-show you will lose part of your package and will not get a refund.

You must have 40% of lashes to be considered a fill, any less is a full set. Although the lashes may still look full, they are grown out & will have to be removed. If you come to a fill appointment needing a full set extra time may not be available, resulting in less full lashes.

I offer foreign fills if I am familiar with your previous lash artists work, please message me prior to booking a foreign fill. If unfamiliar with your previous lash artist, a removal & full set can be done in the same appointment. Removals are free with a full set, please select the lash removal add-on when booking.

NO male guests.

I recommend not bringing any addition guests to your appointment, this can be a distraction for you & interrupt your time of relaxation. If you want to bring one extra guest you are welcome to, just please give me notice.
