    • 4 month minimum commitment.

    • No sharing subscription or perks.

    • Perks only available during active membership.

    • The card on file will be charged monthly on the start date of membership.

    • If you need to miss a month you can roll over that month's membership to the next month, with a minimum of 48 hours notice to charge date. Get 2 facials or an upgrade.

    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no shows will result in a loss of that months membership.

    • To end membership after 4 months simply give 48 hours notice before the monthly charge date.

    • To end membership prior to 4 months your card will be charged the difference of the full price of the service(s) received.

  • Memberships will be available in-person at Alta Esthetics.
